Add a payment method
You must be a member of the Organization Admin group or have the AdministerBilling
permission assigned to your profile to add and manage payment methods.
To add a payment method for your organization, follow these steps:
- In the top right corner of the page, click the Administration gear icon.
- In the left sidebar, click Billing.
- Go to the Payment method tab.
- Click Add payment method.
- Enter your payment information. Polaris accepts all major credit cards.
- After you add the payment method, Polaris displays a summary message with information corresponding to your project size. From here, you can return to the Home page.
Modify payment
To modify your payment method or cancel your account, contact Polaris Support.
Cloud provider marketplace
When you sign up for Polaris through the marketplace of your cloud provider, the provider manages all billing and invoicing for your Polaris subscription. To make changes to your payment method, refer to the provider's official documentation.
